St. Luke’s Episcopal Church on 5th & Palmer in Delta will celebrate Christmas Eve in a full service with music and communion on Tuesday, December 24, at 4 pm. Fr. Tim Thaden will conduct the Eucharist and Susan Lopez will play the piano. All are welcome. Light food reception will follow. Call 970-874-9489 for further information.

Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church at 145 W. 5th St. in Delta, CO will present the band, “Stray Grass” of the Grand Valley, on Friday, November 15th at 7:00pm. Stray Grass includes strings with vocals, and specializes in high-energy interpretation of acoustic Americana music, played on traditional instruments with untraditional styling! This “Evening of Music series” is free to the public. Seating is limited, so come early and don’t be left out!

Safe Church Training 9-29-2024 Part 2

All church attendees who have keys or are in leadership capacity are required to take the Safe Church training from the Diocese of Colorado. This training will be offered at St.. Luke’s in a group format after coffee hour on September 15 and 29. It is also available online to be done at home via episcopalcolorado.org, “Safe Church”. Show up and you will be included!

Join Sarah from Rivers Church and Liz from Saint Luke's for an interfaith reading and weekly liturgy study with the residents of Delta House each Sunday from 3:00-4:00. New volunteer leaders are needed to help this team. Please join them any Sunday or call 970-361-4476 for more information.
